Lindsay Lohan Headed Back to Jail But For How Long?

Lindsay Lohan Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced to 30 days in jail for violating her probation in past DUI cases. She must report to jail by Nov. 9.However, TMZ reports that the actress is likely to be released almost immediately due to overcrowding.In a court hearing on Wednesday, Judge Stephanie Saunter made it clear that Lohan wouldn't receive a reduced sentence unless required by law. But a spokesperson for the L.A. County Sheriff's Department told TMZ that a federal court order requires inmates sentenced to serve less than 90 to be processed and released shortly after. The 25-year-old actress is then required to attend four more therapy sessions, and serve another 12 days of community service by January 17.The judge also said the women's shelter where Lohan was previously ordered to serve community service refused to take her back. The Los Angeles County morgue, on the other hand, is willing to accept Lohan's volunteer time.
